Our restaurant is usually open twice a week.
We offer typical, traditional, local dishes and pay attention to every detail: we use we use ecological, home-grown ingredients for the most part, together with typical products of certified provenance and the proprietors are always present to ensure that guests are offered the best of our local food.
Breakfast includes freshly milked milk, local biscuits, our own jams and local honey. Homemade pasta, vegetable soups, baked specialities and traditional desserts and pastries are always offered at table, where the guests eat together as they would at a happy celebration in the countryside.
We also organise cookery courses, tastings of extra virgin olive oil and local cheeses as well as the chance to watch historic local cheeses being made to traditional methods.
Our three-hour cookery courses take place over one or two days according to participants' needs. The minimum number of participants is four and the maxmum is eight. Lessons are always held between 15.00 and 19.00.
The courses deal with both the theoretical and practical aspects of local cooking and include demonstrations of the preparation of traditional country food from antipasti to desserts. All the dishes prepared during the courses are served to guests at dinner.
Pre-booking is essential for both the one and two-day courses.
